The Turkcell app offers a wide range of features that let you effectively manage your account and access various services with convenience and at no cost. With a revamped interface, you can seamlessly switch between Turkcell and Turkcell Pasaj. In addition to monitoring your usage and paying invoices, the app provides access to special promotions, reminders, and offers.
 
Turkcell Pasaj, Turkey’s first electronic marketplace, can now be accessed through the Turkcell app. From the welcome screen, you can conveniently explore thousands of technological products, such as mobile phones, smartwatches, computers, tablets, personal care products, and household appliances. Furthermore, in the "Orders" section, you can track the status of your orders. The "Pasaj" section also offers additional installment opportunities for credit cards and invoices.
 
Discover the various packages and tariffs available to you. Use the "My Remaining Usage" section on the home page to check your remaining usage. If your current package is insufficient, easily switch to a different package from the "Packages" section. Need to manage another line? The "Packages" section allows you to pay Turkcell bills, top-up other lines, and send packages as gifts to loved ones. You can also apply for a new line or transfer an existing line to Turkcell.
 
Take part in the exciting 'Salla Kazan' campaign through the Turkcell app and have a chance to win gifts such as internet packages and digital services each week.
 
The Gift Center within the app provides an overview of all the gifts you have earned or can earn from Turkcell. Stay updated on new campaigns, gifts, and opportunities. Utilize your gifts at any time or share them with your loved ones.
 
In case you experience any issues with calls or connections, use the "Support" section to check the status. If the problem persists, report the issue by sending your location through the app. You can also create a support request by taking a photo of your document and sending it to us. Track the progress of your requests and quickly get answers to your queries by messaging our chatbot.
 
Easily complete all your transactions by accessing the relevant sections within the "Settings" area. Apply for various services, such as new lines, fixed internet, and Superbox, and conveniently track their status in the "My Subscriptions" section.
 
It's worth noting that you don't need to be a Turkcell customer to use the Turkcell app. Anyone can enjoy the app's features free of charge. Even as a non-Turkcell customer, you can explore Turkcell Pasaj and take advantage of special offers on technological products with up to 36 months of installments and free shipping.
 
For Türkcell users, the app also allows you to conveniently top-up and send packages as gifts to loved ones. Moreover, you can transfer your line to Turkcell, apply for new lines, manage fixed internet services, apply for Superbox, and discover other Turkcell applications directly from the welcome screen without logging into the app.
